📋 Description

• Gestionar leads inbound y outbound a través de llamadas, SMS, correo electrónico y redes sociales. • Calificar prospectos según sus necesidades médicas, presupuesto e interés. • Educar a los potenciales clientes sobre tratamientos, beneficios del turismo médico y servicios de acompañamiento ofrecidos por la empresa. • Generar confianza con pacientes que toman decisiones relacionadas con su salud o transformación personal. • Agendar consultas para el equipo de ventas y coordinación médica. • Mantener actualizada la información en el CRM. • Realizar seguimiento continuo a los prospectos durante todo el proceso comercial. • Manejar objeciones relacionadas con seguridad, viajes, logística y costos. • Cumplir y superar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con contacto, calificación y citas agendadas.

🎯 Requirements

• Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia como SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter o roles comerciales similares. • Experiencia en prospección outbound y ventas consultivas. • Experiencia trabajando con clientes de Estados Unidos. • Inglés avanzado. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y construcción de confianza. • Capacidad para manejar conversaciones sensibles relacionadas con salud y bienestar. • Experiencia utilizando CRM como HubSpot, Salesforce o similares. • Habilidad para gestionar pipeline, seguimiento de leads y cumplimiento de métricas comerciales. • Deseable Experiencia en salud, turismo médico, estética, wellness o industrias relacionadas. • Experiencia en servicios de alto valor (high-ticket sales). • Experiencia guiando o apoyando SDRs más junior.
