📋 Description

• Work closely with teams to gather detailed requirements and expectations for each position. • Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on test results and interviews. • Align selected profiles with hiring managers and stakeholders on each project. • Define, execute, and optimize the talent sourcing strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. • Lead and develop the recruiting team, ensuring quality and speed throughout the hiring process. • Track key recruitment metrics (time to hire, shortlist quality, client satisfaction) and propose improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting. • 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams. • Strong sourcing and search skills on LinkedIn and other IT talent platforms. • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments. • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a focus on quality and candidate experience. • Nice to Have: Experience in scaling technology companies. • Experience working with LATAM and US teams. • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms. • Experience implementing AI tools within HR. • Background in organizational design or change management.
