📋 Description

• Own the planning, development, and execution of all marketing activities across Brazil, through resellers and distributors • Partner with Brazil sales leadership to build a marketing plan supporting regional revenue goals • Execute digital campaigns, social media, webcasts, events, and PR • Define and execute integrated marketing plans with partners and distributors, driving partner recruitment, enablement, and demand generation • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of partner-led and SonicWall-led field events, including industry events and webinars • Translate sales pipeline needs and business priorities into targeted marketing actions supporting revenue growth • Collaborate with subject matter experts to localize content and messaging for the Brazilian market • Track, analyze, and report activity performance, marketing ROI, and sales pipeline contribution • Manage budget execution aligned to regional strategy • Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives in the local market

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including channel/partner marketing and exposure to IT security or enterprise technology • Proven track record in event planning and execution, both in-person and virtual • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or similar, Salesforce, and design applications • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Exceptional written Portuguese at native level, including grammar, spelling, and style; able to review, correct, and elevate translated content to publication-ready standard • Strong understanding of linguistic nuance and cultural adaptation for Brazilian audiences • Proven experience managing external agencies • Portuguese: Native • English: Fluent • Spanish: Beneficial for regional communication across LATAM
