📋 Description

• Oversee projects from concept to completion • Provide end-to-end project management support for the Genesis program • Track assigned tasks in OFS/P2 and Smartsheet • Coordinate and assign field walkouts • Prepare construction packages and cost estimates • Issue construction-ready work to crews • Schedule and participate in Microsoft Teams client meetings • Maintain project status updates • Upload as-builts and closeout documentation • Prepare completed projects for invoicing • Track projects through final billing • Identify aging or blocked tasks and coordinate resolutions with field personnel • Provide accurate status updates to management and the client

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and project tracking systems • Experience with OFS/P2, Smartsheet, telecommunications construction, OSP engineering, estimating, as-builts, and billing processes preferred • Detail-oriented • Comfortable communicating directly with clients and field personnel • Capable of working independently • Able to take ownership of projects from initial assignment through construction completion and billing
