• Call warm leads, including parents who have engaged with our ads or inquiries • Conduct consultative sales conversations • Present and recommend suitable tutoring or online course packages • Manage the full sales pipeline • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets • Build rapport with parents and represent the company's mission with professionalism • Participate in coaching and performance development sessions
• Experience in sales or outbound telemarketing • At least 2 years of outbound telemarketing or sales experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong phone presence and active listening skills • Ability to build rapport quickly with parents and prospective customers • Target-driven mindset • Strong time management and follow-up discipline • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team • Flexible, coachable, and willing to learn
