📋 Description

• Ensure scheduled tests are executed efficiently to identify all issues, defects, and bugs • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria • Develop test plans according to the characteristics and needs of each project • Develop work instructions and acceptance-criteria standards • Manage test management tools and define usage strategies • Assess the testability of functional specifications and suggest improvements • Write test cases to meet acceptance criteria • Test features after reviewing specifications and guiding documents • Execute manual or automated tests to identify necessary adjustments • Report identified defects for correction • Plan and conduct usability tests with end users and produce reports • Produce reports with test evidence • Propose improvements to activities and client deliverables • Guide and assist colleagues with technical content • Monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment of the software in client environments • Provide training and knowledge transfer to the client on the developed software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in fields related to Computer Science, Engineering, Development, or Software Engineering • Certification not required • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG • Knowledge and skills in the languages and technologies applied in the working environment • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Ability to work effectively in agile teams • Experience in planning, designing, and executing manual and automated software tests • Knowledge of test lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and result reporting
