Description

• Product development: Work deeply with design, engineering, data science, legal, finance, partnerships, operations, and product marketing teams to implement and drive the delivery of key features or products. • Project management: Execute on product roadmap and feature backlog to address the needs of our internal customers and external platform and SMB customers alike. • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering teams, sales teams, and key customers, to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive alignment on goals. • Measuring and driving results: Identify key areas / business needs and craft solutions that drive real impact. Measure key outcomes, and create observability across the company on the performance. • Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product management team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ Years of Technical Product Manager experience or another equivalent technical background • Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional projects, bonus points if you have experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers managing complex integration projects • Strong interest in the fintech landscape, including trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory environment • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
