📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team to support enterprise opportunities across the EMEA region, focusing on telecommunications, healthcare, finance, and the public sector • Lead technical discovery sessions, demos, and proof-of-value engagements with customers and partners • Use BANT and MEDDPICC discovery frameworks to uncover business drivers, stakeholder alignment, budget authority, and decision timelines • Translate discovery findings into business cases and technical proposals that quantify ROI and articulate the path to production-ready AI at scale • Translate customer requirements into solution architectures using Palette, Palette Vertex, and PaletteAI • Deliver workshops, presentations, and enablement sessions to technical and executive stakeholders • Frame technical solutions around cost, risk, speed, compliance, and hardware ROI for C-level buyers • Provide field feedback to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy • Support partner enablement and joint customer engagements in the region • Represent Spectro Cloud at industry events and conferences across the Middle East • Develop subject-matter expertise in Middle Eastern regulatory and compliance requirements • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey from discovery through production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles • Strong expertise in Kubernetes; CKA certification preferred • Familiarity with CI/CD tooling including Terraform, Git, Helm, and YAML • Familiarity with authentication/authorization, including SSO and RBAC • Familiarity with container security • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and deploying in heterogeneous multi-cloud and hybrid environments • Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales engagements using structured discovery and value-based sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDPICC • Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences • Ability to articulate ROI, total cost of ownership, and business case narratives to CFOs and executive stakeholders • Ability to travel across the Middle East region as required • Experience with or for Middle Eastern enterprise customers or partners is preferred • Exposure to partner/channel sales motions and competitive positioning is preferred • Background with Nutanix or VMware platforms is preferred • Hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads, GPU infrastructure, or inferencing frameworks is preferred • Arabic language skills are valued; fluency in enterprise Arabic technical terminology is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
