Description

• Seeking a talented React Native Lead Developer to join the team • Responsible for leading a small team of developers to design and build high-quality mobile applications using React Native • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions • Architect and implement robust, reusable, and modular code components • Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through testing and debugging • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and recommend best practices to the team • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in mobile application development • 3-5 years of experience with React Native framework • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux • Experience with WebRTC vendors and implementation • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities is desirable
