Description

• Define and guide the development of Splash, Inc.’s brand strategy and visual identity • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams • Develop creative strategy for master brand and sports gaming platforms • Drive design process from concept development to hands-on design • Partner with marketing to inform visual presence across platforms • Create efficiency within design operations • Provide leading voice in design critiques • Create a variety of assets for marketing machine

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Graphic Design • Compelling portfolio exhibiting passion and strong conceptual work • Willingness to push pixels daily • Ability to find right people or learn new tools • Develop empathy for users • Comfortable with ambiguity and start-up environment • Known for clear communication and collaborating well • Experience working with external agencies/contractors • Preferred: experience in sports or games industries or strong affinity for sports or gaming • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in creative or design field • Familiarity with Framer web CMS preferred
