📋 Description

• - Proactively source candidates across platforms like **LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and niche job boards** • - Build and manage talent pipelines for multiple open roles at the same time • - Craft and send personalized outreach messages and email sequences to passive candidates • - Perform **quick, light screening** to assess interest, availability, and basic fit • - Partner with Recruiters to clarify role requirements and priorities • - Build Boolean strings and sourcing strategies from scratch for each role • - Track and optimize sourcing performance (e.g., response rates, interested leads) • - Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal ATS • - Re-engage past applicants and silver-medalist candidates for new opportunities • - Support referral initiatives and talent community building • - Contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes, tooling, and automation workflows • - Represent Arc and our clients professionally in all candidate communication

🎯 Requirements
