Description

• Responsible for delivering Virtual, Hybrid and In-person events from kickoff to post-meeting review • Responsible for coordinating internal resources and customer teams for Virtual and Hybrid events creation • Lead projects following high-quality standards to ensure great client experience • Ensure events are executed within agreed deadlines • Tailor-make clients' apps using Backstage CMS for the best participants' experience • Be a Backstage subject-matter expert for customers • Brief and manage the assigned operations team (Live coordinator, Live producer, Onsite coordinator)

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Swedish • French, German, or another language is an advantage • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, meeting deadlines • Detail-oriented and high-standards achiever • Excellent computer skills and tech-savviness • Proficiency with Microsoft packages or Google Workspace • Travel onsite for up to 3 events per month during busy seasons • Eligible for international travel • Past experience in Event Agency, PCO, or other event-related position is a plus
