Description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience • Minimum 1 year of transactional accounting experience using software such as QuickBooks Online - Experience with Bill.com, Expensify, or having a QuickBooks Online Certification is highly preferred (those that do not have QuickBooks Online certification will need to provide this within their first 30 days of employment) • Committed to working at least 25+ hours a week (FT roles are available) • Process oriented • Desire to learn new technologies/methods • Eager to follow established practices of SPRCHRGR – and help improve them! • Experience in a remote environment is a plus • Clear and concise communication – both written and verbal • An unwavering commitment to confidentiality • A dedicated workspace • Access to reliable and secure high-speed internet • Embrace Core Values

• 401K w/ match (no vesting) • 100% remote, always • QSHERA $100/month • The work is performed M-F, between 8 AM to 5 PM PST hours • We will provide you with a laptop and necessary hardware/software • This role can be part-time/PT (25-30/hrs a week) or full-time/FT (40 hours a week), depending on your needs
