📋 Description

• Source and manage a pipeline of health plan opportunities into high-value partnerships, owning the end-to-end deal process through closing • Build relationships with health plan executives to understand their organization’s needs and priorities • Develop presentation and proposal materials to support the sales process • Regularly represent Sprinter health at industry conferences and events • Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless handoff to implementation • Influence product strategy and roadmap based on insights from prospective and current partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Direct experience selling to and developing long-term relationships with health plan executivesIndustry knowledge of managed care organizations, including • Quality and Risk Adjustment operations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge • Ability to travel 25% - 50% for meetings and industry events
