Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets • Conduct analyses of financial performance, market trends, and business drivers • Craft and implement financial processes, policies, and controls • Oversee financial operations, treasury management, and reporting • Spearhead financial systems and reporting tools implementation • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership for financial decision-making • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management • Collaborate cross-functionally with departmental leaders • Assess hiring needs, manage service providers, and assist in fundraising

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience • Proven experience in FP&A roles, with a track record of success in financial analysis and strategic planning. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders. • Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change and implement process improvements. • Previous experience in an early-stage VC-backed environment is advantageous • Healthcare experience is preferred
