• As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, primarily Google ads, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and the ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics. • Responsibilities include managing day-to-day ad operations, cross-platform data analysis, ad copy and keyword optimization, analytics tracking, and conducting A/B testing. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new strategies and tools for continuous improvement.
• 3 to 5 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS domain. • Experience with managing search and display campaigns across various platforms like Google ads, Microsoft ads, Facebook ads, and LinkedIn ads. • Proven track record of running B2B campaigns for a minimum monthly ad spend of USD 20K. • Strong understanding of multi-channel revenue attribution and working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics. • Familiarity with MQLs, SALs, and SQLs in the context of a B2B company. • Ability to collaborate with sales and customer success teams to design campaigns. • Familiarity with Google Ads editor.
