Requirements

• A minimum of four years of professional programming experience, preferably within a small team environment • Ability to work across boundaries, frontend, backend, or infrastructure • Recognition by peers for technical expertise and leadership in making architectural decisions • Ability to identify premature over-engineering and foresee long-term consequences of programming choices • Understanding that code is a tool in the service of solving business/customer problems
