The Role As a Senior Product Designer at Sprinto, you will play a crucial role in elevating our visual style, improving the workflow of our product, and shaping the user experience. Reporting to our Product Design Manager, you will be responsible for designing our product to meet diverse use cases at the highest level of complexity Responsibilities Product knowledge : Deeply understand the technology and features of the product, including compliances like SOC2, and grasp the context in which our customers are using Sprinto. UX Research: Conduct research to understand how customers perceive the problem we are trying to solve and evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions you design in real-world scenarios. Deliverables: Take ownership of designing features, including high-level design, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring a seamless user experience. Usability : Have a keen eye for detail and identify usability issues, both small and large, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in designing enterprise business applications, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex product design. • Experience in building and maintaining design systems, especially on top of existing libraries like the ant.design , is a significant bonus. • Strong belief in the principle that form follows function, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centric.
