Description
• Implementation Specialist exceeding customers' expectations • Responsible for implementation of enterprise applications • Requirement gathering, testing, integration configuration, single sign-on, security, and testing assistance • Documentation creation and maintenance
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise software • Experience with configuration of Azure or Okta single sign-on • Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and permissions • Proven ability to work closely with clients both virtually and in person • Knowledge of File Transfer technology (SFTP protocols) • Experience with Esri GIS integrations would be a plus
