• We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Interviewer with expertise in JAVA to join our team at Squadio. As a Technical Interviewer, you will play a key role in evaluating the technical skills and knowledge of candidates applying for JAVA developer positions. You will assess candidates' proficiency in JAVA concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience • Strong expertise in JAVA programming language • Experience conducting technical interviews for JAVA developers • Deep understanding of JAVA frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate • Knowledge of JAVA design patterns and best practices • Ability to assess candidates' problem-solving skills and coding abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback
