📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops with prospects to identify pain points, processes, and blockers • Define As-Is and To-Be states with customers and translate business objectives into solution architecture • Scope architecture, timelines, deliverables, success criteria, and effort estimates with customers • Validate feasibility with project managers and engineers • Document findings in Statements of Work and project scoping templates • Own technical win strategy for accounts • Demonstrate Squirro’s enterprise AI platform through tailored presentations and demos • Scope and run Proof-of-Concepts on client data • Prepare data, configure solutions, and prototype against customer success criteria • Answer technical questions and respond to RfPs and RfIs • Address objections from architects, CISOs, and IT leadership • Partner with Account Executives from qualification through deal closure • Own presales-to-delivery handover and remain the architectural point of contact during implementation • Support post-go-live architecture evolution and expansion opportunities • Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering • Build and maintain reusable presales assets, including demo environments, RfP answer libraries, PoC playbooks, scoping calculators, and SOW templates • Contribute to retrospectives and feedback loops • Enable Account Executives and partners on technical positioning and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, data science, data engineering, or software development • Client-facing experience in a technical sales or consulting role • Experience explaining complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences • Consulting mindset and workshop facilitation skills • Hands-on experience building or deploying LLM/RAG solutions • Understanding of embeddings, hybrid retrieval, prompt design, grounding, and permissions-aware enterprise search • Experience with taxonomies and knowledge graphs, or Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, is a plus • Proficiency with Python and SQL for data preparation and prototyping • Experience with REST APIs and enterprise connectors including SharePoint, Confluence, and databases • Knowledge of authentication including OIDC, SAML, and AD • Understanding of cloud, Kubernetes, and on-premises or air-gapped deployments • Ability to defend architecture in front of a CISO • Industry experience in Financial Services, Government, or Manufacturing is preferred • Fluency in English • Additional languages preferred, particularly Chinese, Arabic, German, French, or Italian • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline • Based in the EU
