📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 sales representatives. • Set and monitor team performance objectives. • Motivate, coach, and support team members in achieving their targets. • Develop product and sales expertise through regular evaluations and personalized coaching. • Identify development opportunities and support employees in their professional growth. • Analyze team results and implement performance improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures. • Participate in operational review meetings when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of management experience • Native German speaker • Strong expertise in telesales • Previous experience in the personal insurance sector is a plus
