⢠Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 sales representatives. ⢠Set and monitor team performance objectives. ⢠Motivate, coach, and support team members in achieving their targets. ⢠Develop product and sales expertise through regular evaluations and personalized coaching. ⢠Identify development opportunities and support employees in their professional growth. ⢠Analyze team results and implement performance improvement plans. ⢠Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures. ⢠Participate in operational review meetings when required.
⢠Minimum 2 years of management experience ⢠Native German speaker ⢠Strong expertise in telesales ⢠Previous experience in the personal insurance sector is a plus
⢠Fixed salary + monthly performance bonuses (package depending on experience)
