Description

• Collaborate closely with Client Services peers to build a world-class customer operating model • Design, share, and execute regional sales strategy to motivate the team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market footprint • Support and pitch StackAdapt to key clients • Design development curriculums to enhance team performance • Promote StackAdapt's core value of 'We Win Together' and foster an exceptional organisational culture

Requirements

• Business-level language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese • Expert-level understanding of programmatic media strategies, agency and brand media buying processes, and competitive landscape within the digital advertising ecosystem • Successful track record of selling to brands and agencies, including strong existing industry relationships • Experience leading sales and account teams in high-growth environments • Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms and ecosystems, analytical skills, and strategic planning abilities • Strong understanding of the unique needs and differences of the HK market, including trusted connections in the market • Experience using StackAdapt
