• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and partners • Identify new business opportunities and meet set sales KPIs • Respond promptly to client and provider enquiries with professionalism and care • Manage rostering, scheduling, and related administration tasks • Contribute to continuous improvement of our sales and service processes • Support team members and foster a collaborative, client-focused culture • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by living the values with heart by offering friendly, helpful assistance across phones and email. • Show kindness and respect to staff and clients, redirecting enquiries as needed, and taking appropriate action to follow up. • Identify needs and providing pathways to solutions whilst maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive enquiries with tact and discretion. • Seek customer feedback where appropriate and appropriately pass it on. • Office administration and organization to ensure all customer records are maintained and documented.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management • Healthcare industry exposure or knowledge (NDIS or healthcare providers) is desirable but not essential • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to generate and close opportunities • Experience with the Australian market is highly preferred • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems • Ability to work independently, handle KPIs, and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
