📋 Description

• Accompany the doctor room to room throughout the clinic day, documenting each patient encounter in real time • Update and maintain accurate clinical notes as the exam progresses • Translate and relay patient communication to the doctor • Work continuously on an iPad throughout the shift, staying paced with the doctor's exam flow • Finalize notes accurately and completely to support the clinical record

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience scribing specifically for an ophthalmologist • Strong knowledge of ophthalmic terminology, exam components, and common diagnoses/procedures • Comfortable working continuously on an iPad in a fast-paced, room-to-room clinical setting • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in real-time documentation • Comfortable serving as a communication bridge between patients and the provider • Experience with ModMed EMR is preferred
