📋 Description

• Manage and organize detailed, complex patient case files with exceptional accuracy and clinical judgment • Verify patient coverage across Commercial plans, Personal Injury (PI), and Workers' Compensation (WC) cases • Handle phone, email, and text communications with patients and providers in English and Spanish • Oversee calendar management and schedule patient appointments • Coordinate next steps in physician treatment plans • Review and synthesize patient histories and medical records to support practice workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Required RN or NP credentials • Minimum 3 years of clinical hospital nursing experience • Minimum 2 years working as a Virtual Assistant for U.S. healthcare operations • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish • Clear, professional spoken English skills • Hands-on experience verifying Commercial, Personal Injury (PI), and Workers' Compensation insurance • Exceptional organizational ability • Calendar management skills • Strong multi-channel communication etiquette • Full-time contractor availability, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm EST
