📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers • Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues • Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising and applicant screening • Ensure compliance with lease terms and investigate violations • Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades • Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements • Oversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required) • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
