📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in driving sales results in the residential construction space. • Conduct comprehensive market research to generate leads and evaluate the residential and home service market. • Identify high-potential key accounts that can drive growth and strengthen market presence. • Regularly evaluate the residential and home service market to pinpoint leading end-user accounts. • Engage with industry experts, attend relevant trade shows, and monitor competitor activities. • Design and implement customized programs aimed at converting national accounts. • Conduct thorough analysis of each account's specific needs and challenges. • Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives. • Utilize the expertise of the National Residential PRO team as necessary to maintain relationships with key accounts. • Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with top national accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, PowerBi, and Showpad. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility.
