📋 Description

• Develop product training programs and content aligned to SBU leader and local commercial team needs • Create and execute local market training plans supporting sales growth and financial targets • Manage the training budget to deliver agreed commitments • Build achievable training plans through focused planning, time management, and available training options • Develop expert-level product knowledge, prioritizing Construction and Automotive tools • Maintain expertise in user trades, applications, product selection, safety, competitor positioning, and warranty/service information • Update training materials to reflect changing business needs and support local commercial teams • Drive continuous improvement of the training offering to keep SBD ahead of competitors • Organize and deliver internal and dealer training programs with measurable ROI • Oversee daily operation, equipment, safety, and activity tracking of the training facility • Use face-to-face, digital, and live-stream training methods for capability development

🎯 Requirements

• Polish and English on fluent level • Proven experience in sales, marketing and / or sales training • Microsoft Office package and PowerPoint knowledge • Willingness to travel around 40% of annual time around Central Europe
