• 5+ years of support experience • 3+ years of experience in Big Data, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies • Knowledge of Big Data (Hadoop, Data Lakes, Spark), Docker, Kubernetes, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Security, SSL/TLS, Linux Skills, DBMS Concepts/SQL, and Authentication/Authorization technologies • Exposure to languages: SQL, Java, Python, Bash
