📋 Description

• Maintain the eCustos engineering reference databases and keep them up to date • Understand how each state makes pricing tables, compositions, and inputs available • Develop and maintain connectors and ETL routines for relational databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and files • Ensure traceability, failure handling, and reprocessing • Structure and model data for application consumption • Investigate discrepancies between source databases • Work on PHP back-end processing, including background routines • Support query and data-load monitoring interfaces • Propose improvements to data extraction using AI, including matching, document parsing, normalization, and anomaly detection

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and maintaining web applications with PHP • Experience with relational databases, especially MySQL, including data modeling, advanced SQL, and query optimization with significant data volumes • Practical experience with ETL routines and API integrations • Familiarity with Git and Docker • Willingness to work with SQL Server, Oracle, spreadsheets, legacy systems, Python, and Go • Preferred: Python experience applied to data extraction and processing • Preferred: Exposure to non-relational databases such as Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, MongoDB, or equivalent technologies • Preferred: React and TypeScript experience to support front-end development • Preferred: Use of AI in day-to-day development, such as Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools • Enjoys working with data, demonstrates autonomy, and is eager to grow
