📋 Description

• Manage warm customer leads from initial enquiry through to booking • Contact and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings • Build rapport and understand customer requirements • Recommend suitable cleaning services • Follow up with prospective customers and maximise conversion • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development • Clear and professional communication in English, written and verbal • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally • Proven success in phone-based sales and achieving targets • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and client data • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively • Own reliable laptop or desktop
