📋 Description

• Manage digital and incoming sales opportunities • Respond to and convert warm digital leads • Engage customers through phone and online communication • Understand customer requirements and recommend cleaning services • Follow up with prospects and close sales • Maintain accurate CRM records • Monitor sales activity and performance • Consistently achieve sales targets • Help convert online enquiries into bookings for residential end-of-tenancy cleaning services

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development • Excellent written and verbal English • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Resilient and confident when handling rejection • Proven success in phone-based sales • Target-driven with a track record of achieving results • Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Experienced with CRM systems • Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills • Own reliable laptop or desktop • Stable Wi-Fi / Internet connection
