📋 Description
• Support the day-to-day running of business operations • Coordinate recruitment activities when required • Maintain CRM records and operational databases • Update trackers and administrative reports • Communicate with cleaners and applicants • Assist management with operational tasks • Ensure company records remain accurate and up to date • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or operations • Experience working with CRM or scheduling software • Reliable home office setup • Comfortable working independently
