📋 Description
• Contact and screen candidates by phone • Update and manage candidate information online • Keep accurate Excel records of recruitment activity • Organise emails, calendars, and schedules in Outlook • Provide admin support to the recruitment team • Answer calls and take detailed notes/messages
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience in administration or recruitment • Excellent verbal and written English • Comfortable making phone calls to candidates • Skilled in Outlook, Excel, and data entry tools • Organised, reliable, and proactive • Able to meet recruitment targets • Own computer/laptop and stable internet
