Description
• Assist in gathering data and project information for IT Portfolio Operations team • Support Project Manager and project activities • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain documentation with various stakeholders • Monitor project timelines • Manage incoming requests • Gather and document project information • Investigate/discover upcoming and existing project opportunities with business partners • Aid in maintaining Jira project(s) as required
Requirements
• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or related field • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent time management and listening skills • Strong documentation and writing skills • Strong verbal communication skills for technical and end user audiences • Ability to find creative solutions to meet or exceed business needs • Experience with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office • Advanced formula experience (MS Office, spreadsheets)
