Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent is highly preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate administration or paralegal role with a strong focus on legal processes and compliance • Contact lifecycle management experience • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal laws regarding corporate governance and compliance • Ability to manage many concurrent open threads without dropping balls; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Graceful communicator and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties • Proficient in the use of document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Ironclad preferred
