Description

• Steer’s CRM is seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join the team. You’ll contribute to our mission, vision, and strategy through a deep understanding of our customer and business needs. You are a strong product thinker— able to devise scalable solutions and develop optimal user journeys that help our customers achieve their growth goals. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of designers, product managers, engineers, and additional key stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product / UX/UI design experience on complex product platforms. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design. • Demonstrable understanding and application of core design skills including color theory, rules of composition, typography, etc. • Exemplary product thinking abilities to perform the end-to-end design process from discovery to producing high-fidelity screens, including proficiency in exploring, evaluating, and refining product ideas using a range of design, research, and prototyping techniques. • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, product requirements, and technical limitations. • Expertise with industry-standard design tools including Figma & Adobe CC apps and design systems. • Ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to shift between tactical and strategic design needs with a thirst for staying updated on industry trends.
