📋 Description

• Support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support • Establish trust and build long-term positive relationships with landowners • Make independent decisions with landowners and project stakeholders • Coordinate meetings with landowners and appropriate stakeholders • Negotiate and secure fee titles, easements, leases, licenses, permits • Provide regular status reports to project managers on land acquisition status • Prepare all necessary agreement documents and/or permitting forms

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in reviewing title work, landowner acquisition, permitting, and other real estate related tasks • Understanding of local, state, and federal statutory requirements for land acquisitions and real estate permitting • Preferred - 2 plus years of experience in Right-of-Way acquisition, real estate sales, negotiating leases, renewable development, or equivalent related experiences • Licensed Wisconsin & Minnesota Real Estate Agent (or willingness to get licensed) • Solid understanding of ArcGIS software and Google Earth • Competent with Microsoft Office software • Superior written and oral communication skills
