• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • Proven experience in technical support roles within the cybersecurity or IT industry • Expertise in configuring, operating, and troubleshooting cybersecurity solutions • Proficiency in analyzing network traffic and system events • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and cloud environments • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills
