• Create and deliver compelling demonstrations of Stellar Cyber products and solutions • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education • Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process • Install network traffic sensors in various environments • Work closely with TAC support and Product Management • Provide weekly report on the status of high priority cases and pre-sales activity • Build customer trust by providing timely and accurate technical sales support
• Bachelor degree in relevant field like Computer Science, IT, Engineering • 5+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical knowledge of companies' products and services • 5+ years of Technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer • Strong understanding of TCPIP, Networking, Routing, Switching, LAN Extensive Cyber Security experience • Experience with Linux, Windows administration, SIEM technology, Virtualization • Public/Private cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
