• Telephone-based acquisition and support of customers in the hospitality, gastronomy and tourism sectors • Expand and maintain your own customer base through personal consultation and support • Prepare tailored proposals and track them through to successful closure • Close collaboration with Customer Service and team leadership to implement proposals and orders • Proactive account management
• Sales aptitude, strong communication skills and enthusiasm • Enjoyment of professional outbound telesales for online products • Determination and a strong desire to drive personal success through your own performance • Career changers with professional experience in hotel, gastronomy or tourism sectors are welcome • Experience in telephone-based customer contact is an advantage
