Description

• Assist in project management and execution of contract creation in fast-paced, tech-driven environment • Coordinate and manage legal projects from inception to completion • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with attorney team • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks • Communicate effectively with team members to allocate resources and address issues • Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness • Prepare correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of attorneys • Implement and enforce standardized processes to improve efficiency and consistency • Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and external parties on projects to meet deadlines

Requirements

• BA or LLM in legal studies • Previous experience in a legal support role or project management position is advantageous • Proficiency in legal research, writing, and document management software • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality • Fluency in English language, or evidence of high business proficiency in English
