• Seeking a regulatory partner or equivalent to provide strategic legal advice and support in Crypto and Digital Assets transactions and regulatory matters• Ideal candidate will have experience in securities and derivatives compliance, including traditional broker dealer, money services business, money transmitter, banking regulatory, fund compliance, securities exchange, derivatives exchange application, formation, and compliance work
