📋 Description

• Lead the centralized HR service delivery team to shape the employee experience and evolve HR design and infrastructure • Leverage AI and automation to ensure efficient and consistent execution of core HR functions from hire to retire • Ensure high standards of operational excellence, positive employee experience, and continuous improvement within the shared services model • Partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and effective delivery across the enterprise • Oversee complex projects that drive an exceptional employee experience, including system implementations and process improvements • Create and execute a shared services strategy, evolving and standardizing operations and leveraging technology for efficient delivery • Oversee and optimize centralized functions for compliance, immigration, escalations, and data management • Use data and stakeholder engagement to identify ongoing needs and opportunities to enhance processes and optimize technology solutions • Drive cross-functional project teams and manage all phases from initiation to completion • Champion change by creating and implementing robust transition plans to foster employee buy-in and engagement • Coach and develop a team of professionals, monitor staff performance, and drive performance improvement initiatives • Lead and influence internal partners and external vendors to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes • Translate long-term business objectives into actionable HR programs and services • Summarize and present data to stakeholders, simplifying complex information into clear insights • Ensure HR systems and processes are compliant and audit-ready, and drive continuous improvement informed by market data

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years proven experience in HR in a people-focused or Shared Services role • Have a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Expertise in HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Fountain, Looker, Qualtrics) • Strong understanding of how to leverage technology to enhance service delivery and efficiency • Experience managing and transforming HR operations • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects, such as system implementations • Skilled in using data to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions • Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance requirements and experience managing audit processes and ensuring data integrity • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation tools (preferred) • Certification or advanced training in project management and/or change management methodologies (e.g., Lean, PMP, Prosci) (preferred) • Strong vendor management experience (preferred)
