📋 Description

• Architect growth strategies • Map the end-to-end customer journey and diagnose bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention stages • Formulate hypotheses and design, manage, and analyze experiment and test cycles • Develop dashboards and performance reports for CRM KPIs and business metrics • Create reports and dashboards to monitor open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and business impact • Increase engagement, optimize the customer lifecycle, and bring scale and efficiency to CRM communications • Improve conversion and retention rates and reduce churn • Validate high-impact tests and integrate winning approaches into core CRM flows and product strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical, data-driven, and investigative mindset • Proficiency in SQL to extract insights and propose continuous optimizations • Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, statistical significance, and hypothesis development • A holistic product perspective and data intelligence • Prior experience in merchant acquiring or payments is a plus • Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C merchant customer behavior is a plus
