📋 Description

• Design and evolve the squad's product strategy, connecting business vision, data, and technical feasibility; • Lead discoveries to identify new opportunities and validate hypotheses before they enter the backlog; • Create, prioritize, and refine epics and user stories together with the Tech Lead, assessing effort and feasibility for each initiative; • Manage the product backlog, ensuring visibility, clarity, and prioritization aligned with program objectives; • Make product decisions in scenarios with multiple features simultaneously in development, testing, and pilot; • Define and track success metrics, basing decisions on data rather than intuition; • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between product, technology, and business teams; • Provide structured visibility of deliveries, risks, and results to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in product management, preferably with products that have multiple features in development simultaneously; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and roadmap management; • Ability to make decisions in high-pressure environments and with incomplete information; • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate technical context for business audiences and vice versa; • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making; • Autonomy to manage multiple stakeholders and run the squad's day-to-day with minimal supervision.
