• Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market through outbound activities such as email, phone calls and social selling, and convert the pipeline — your pitch excites and generates interest in our solution • Continuously optimize your outbound strategies to professionally engage prospective customers while keeping their needs front of mind • Qualify leads from campaigns and develop them into sales opportunities for the entire Field Sales team • Develop and regularly refine your understanding of our ICP (ideal customer profile), our value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one • Collaborate with decision-makers at the highest level in our target market (e.g., lawyers) • Ensure high data quality in the CRM system • Work cross-functionally across the Go-To-Market team and optimize processes from acquisition through list building and outreach to lead handling and qualification • Through close collaboration with our Field Sales team, gain experience and continuously develop your skill set to build your career in sales!
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in a demanding, fast-paced, communication-heavy environment (startup, consultancy, banking, service or similar) • Initial experience in a sales and/or business development role or similar • Experience with direct customer contact (ideally with executives or C-level) is a plus • Degree or vocational training in a business- or technology-related field, or a comparable background • Advantageous: prior experience in the legal market • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Enjoy working with people • Self-starter with assertiveness, team orientation and quick comprehension • Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written • Professionalism, authenticity, persuasive communication and the ability to think on your feet
