📋 Description

• Lead and manage change management initiatives for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance • Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to integrate new processes and systems • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders • Provide coaching and support to client managers and employees • Develop and deliver training programs and communication plans tailored to client needs • Mentor and share knowledge with the current team to build internal change management capabilities • Monitor and evaluate change management activities and make necessary adjustments • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in client projects • Join client sales calls to support business development and provide change management expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management focused on HR and payroll systems • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and systems • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools • Experience with Prosci or ADKAR frameworks • Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to develop and implement strategic change-management plans • Proficiency in project-management techniques and tools • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness • Experience developing and delivering training programs • Ability to mentor and coach team members • Sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to work effectively in diverse environments • Current and future work authorization in Germany without visa sponsorship by Strada • Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP is a plus, not required • Master's degree is preferred, not required
