Whilst putting this job advert together we realised that we normally (along with everyone else) just talk about what a great company we are and then write a big shopping list of expectations of what we want from the applicant. But really there are just a few key things that matter. Firstly, Strafe Creative has offices in Nottingham and London, but to be honest, we’re flexible with where you work. Some of our team pop in, some are fully remote, so it’s completely up to you. Another key thing to note is we really try to look after staff; lots of socials, budgets for courses/personal development, food, drinks and a really good family support package that includes enhanced maternity/paternity leave.

• Passion for designing websites • Portfolio showing awesome web and digital UX work • Cover letter that isn't a copy and paste job • Desire to enhance skills and gain experience • Salary up to £22k depending on the quality of work
